Homeless (Paper Armor)

Homeless (Paper Armor): This paper armor is made entirely from recycled cardboard and old newspapers, making it incredibly shabby and cheap-looking. The only valuable piece of the armor is a cat food bowl that serves as the chest plate. Despite its appearance, this armor provides good insulation against the cold and is highly resistant to electric shock during thunderstorms. However, it's unclear why there is a cat food bowl attached to it. Where is the cat that it belongs to?
